जनमित्र न्यास / मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति (PVCHR) और शिवा नाडार फाउंडेशन के शिक्षा प्लस कार्यक्रम के सहयोग से RJ SHANKARA EYE HOSPITAL द्वारा आयोजित इस निशुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर में जरूरतमंदों विशेषकर संघर्षरत यातना पीड़ितों को नेत्र जांच, सलाह और उपचार की सेवाएं दी गईं।

🔹 पहले शिविर (17 अप्रैल 2025) में चयनित 11 मोतियाबिंद मरीजों की पुनः जांच की गई।
🔹 20 नए मोतियाबिंद मरीजों की जांच की गई, जिनमें से 2 मरीजों को ऑपरेशन के लिए भेजा गया।
🔹 डॉ. अलका यादव व उनकी टीम ने उत्कृष्ट सेवाएं दीं।
🔹 शिविर का संचालन श्री मंगला प्रसाद ने किया।

JanMitra Nyas / People's Vigilance Committee on Human Rights (PVCHR), in collaboration with the Shiv Nadar Foundation's Shiksha+ program, organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp in association with RJ Shankara Eye Hospital.

🔹 11 cataract patients identified during the earlier camp (17 April 2025) were re-examined.
🔹 20 new cataract patients were screened; 2 referred for surgery.
🔹 Dr. Alka Yadav and her team offered dedicated eye care services.
🔹 The camp was coordinated by Mr. Mangla Prasad.

Empowering Rural Communities: Eye Health and Literacy Drive by Janmitra Nyas with Shiv Nadar Foundation

  Free Eye Camp and Adult Literacy Program Bring Vision and Knowledge to Villagers Varanasi | March 2025 — In a powerful step towards rural empowerment and sustainable development , Janmitra Nyas , in collaboration with Shiv Nadar Foundation , PVCHR , and RJ Shankara Eye Hospital , organized a free eye check-up camp  on 18 March 2025 and promoted adult literacy programs for underserved communities in Kathirav village, Baragaon block . These twin initiatives reflect a holistic approach to addressing health and education challenges in rural India, particularly for economically vulnerable groups . Free Eye Check-up Camp: Restoring Sight, Restoring Dignity Held at the Kathirav Panchayat Bhavan , the eye camp benefitted 184 villagers , with 44 diagnosed with cataracts .
