On March 4, 2025, JanMitra Nyas (JMN) organized an orientation session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act for volunteers and staff working under the Shiksha Plus initiative, with support from the Shiv Nadar Foundation . This session aimed to reinforce JMN’s commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace free from harassment and discrimination. All office staff and members of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) were present, except Advocate Prem Prakash Singh Yadav. Opening Session The event commenced with a brief introduction by Dr. Lenin Raghuvanshi, Founder of PVCHR, who provided an overview of the organization’s mission and programs.   निशुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर: ग्रामीण समुदाय के लिए एक संवेदनशील पहल 📅 तिथि: 17 जुलाई 2025 📍 स्थान: पंचायत भवन, ग्राम पंचायत कठिराव, वाराणसी जनमित्र न्यास/मानवाधिकार जननिगरानी समिति (PVCHR) द्वारा शिव नादर फाउंडेशन के शिक्षा प्लस कार्यक्रम के सहयोग से ग्रामीण और वंचित समुदायों के बीच स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की सुलभता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए समय-समय पर स्वास्थ्य शिविरों का आयोजन किया जाता है। इसी कड़ी में, 17 जुलाई 2025 को कठिराव पंचायत भवन में एक निशुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर का सफल आयोजन किया गया। 🔍 शिविर का उद्देश्य यातना पीड़ितों और जरूरतमंद लोगों को नेत्र जांच, उपचार और सलाह देना। पूर्व चयनित मोतियाबिंद मरीजों का पुनः परीक्षण कर उपचार की स्थिति का मूल्यांकन करना। नए मरीजों की पहचान कर उन्हें आवश्यक उपचार के लिए मार्गदर्शन देना। ⏰ शिविर की गतिविधियां शिविर का संचालन सुबह 10:00 बजे शुरू हुआ और दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक चला। इस दौरान निम्नलिखित सेवाएं प्रदान की गईं: 1. पूर्व चयनित मोतियाबिंद मरीजों का पुनः परीक्षण इन मरीजों का पूर्व में निशुल्क ऑपरेशन, लेंस प्रत्यारोपण और चश्म...
